ATS opened three centers to help equip not just the pastors but even Christian leaders. We had the Center for Biblical Stewardship (CBS), Center for Continuing Studies (CCS), and the Center for Transformation and Urban Studies Leadership (CTUL).  These centers have now been merged into the Strategic Leader Development Center (SLDC).

ATS Strategic Leader Development Center aims to provide professional and certificate programs with an intentional focus on the learner’s vocational calling. We integrate Christian values with excellent corporate practices to transform leaders for their churches, workplaces, communities, and societies. We guide our students to learn, excel, adapt and develop to be outstanding strategic leaders. Our values are stewardship, accessibility, relevance, community and Biblical transformation.

The Strategic Leader Development Center is the official department of Asian Theological Seminary to equip leaders, managers, administrators, board members, executives, entrepreneurs, officers and pastors with quality executive, leadership, ecclesiastical, ministerial education with the focus on their God-given vocations. We offer various professional degrees, certificates and specialized training programs to develop transformative leaders.
