CERTIFICATE PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
This certificate program integrates emotional health and spiritual maturity by rediscovering Biblical truths and quitting certain habits that are detrimental to our soul, overcoming guilt, dealing with frustrating relationships, and developing an emotionally and spiritually healthy lifestyle.
CERTIFICATE PROGRAM OBJECTIVES:
At the conclusion of this seminar, the student will be able to:
1. Demonstrate competence recognizing symptoms of unhealthy and unbiblical practices in our lives;
2. Demonstrate understanding and discernment when to say “no” and how to say ”no”;
3. Demonstrate skill in quitting habitual attitudes and wrong belief system, and;
4. Becoming aware of personal issues and begin the healing process.

SPEAKER: Dr. Jiji Harner
Dr. Jiji Harner earned her Master’s Degree in Counseling at Alliance Theological Seminary in Nyack, NY in 2003. In 2007 she opened Harner Marriage and Family Counseling in Consolacion Cebu. In addition to her private practice, Jiji currently heads a counseling certificate program at Cebu Graduate School of Theology in AS Fortuna, Mandaue. Jiji earned a doctorate in Organizational Development and Transformation from Cebu Doctors University in 2012 and became a licensed psychologist in the Philippines in 2015. Jiji works regularly with International Justice Mission as a consultant providing therapy for compassion fatigue for those who work tirelessly to infiltrate and break up online sex rings and also providing trauma therapy for children who have been victims of the sex trafficking industry in the Philippines.
